Spearheaded by the Representative, the country office organizes regular partnership and collaboration for high-level and/or special events/activities to promote country programme goals. The Representatives also holds regular bilateral discussions with concerned line ministries and parliamentarians (Upper House and Lower House) to re-advocate and bring them on-board on critical emerging issues affecting children, adolescents/youth and women in Bhutan.

Notable among them has been the start of a parliamentary engagement with the Women, Children and Youth Committee of the National Assembly on maternal, newborn and child nutrition; teenage pregnancy and quality education.
